Confederation Park X-C Relay 2005
Competed in the CRR X-C relay this past weekend. It's 3x4k. Competed with Bernie and Mike whom I ran with on my Banff-Calgary relay team earlier in the year. Very tough running 4km all out when you are a long-distance triathlete! Went out too hard and paid for it a bit. Our team managed to get 10th overall though. Not bad in a competitive field.
