EMS Ambulance Chasers 10k
Placed 6th at the EMS Ambulance Chasers 10k on Friday. Did another PB of ~36:40. Clock time was 36:18... but it was off. Went out way too hard! Gotta work on my pacing!

I love the smell of neoprene in the morning. Smelled like... victory.
