That's life.....
Lyndsey and I decided to split up yesterday. Ok, did I just shock half the people reading this?It was amicable, and we're still friends, and still living at the same address... but will go separate ways soon enough. I figure most people that know me probably read my blog, so a public announcement was easiest.
You may ask, WHY? HOW? WHAT? And all I have to say is... none of your business

Hey man, sorry to hear about that. Break ups are tough. I saw a 5 year relationship crash and burn this summer. It hurt a lot (could have been less painful, but the other party involved wasn't very nice).
Lots of people told me that things would get better and that time heals the wounds. That seems to be the case.
Pick a couple of races and focus on your training. That's helped me a ton!
