New digs
Finally found a new place to live. It's shared accomodation with a masters student (and triathlete) and a teacher. They seem like good people. Moving day this weekend... oh how I despise moving!Here's a pic of my new place:
Tried to cancel my Enmax contract today. The bastards want me to pay $1200 in cancellation fees unless I transfer my account to another household! Or... unless I can prove to Enmax I'm living out of the province/country. Always read the fine print. *sigh* Anyone signing up for Enmax Gas service in AB want to use my account?

Enmax is sticking me with a $324 termination charge because I sold my house and moved to a condo where they can't even supply the gas because there is electric heating. I'm not sure they can get away with this. It's certainly not in the spirit of the contract. Think I may devote some web space as a public service about this company.
What can I say boys..ALWAYS read the fine print, and read your disclosure binder before buying a condo. Now do you believe me when I say corporations have the MO of a psychopath?
