Woo! First 10k win!
First real race in a while.. if you can call it that. The 10k only had about 25-30 entrants. I think maybe 15 men. I won the race easily in 36:11. About what I expected given my current level of fatigue and training this year. Yes, yes.. I'm making excuses, I really wanted the sub-36! Anyways, my time shows I have the fitness to break 1:20 at the Chinook Half in a little over two weeks... so I'm happy with that.Oh yeah.. I'm selling my Devinci Millenium road bike... cheap! $500 obo. I never ride it much... and it needs new tires and a seatpost clamp, and there is dent in the top-tube ( but not enough to ruin the frame integrity). Full 9spd ultegra, 700c Mavic Cosmic Elite wheels, size small. Fits 5'8" perfect.

BIG congratulations! Does this mean I'll have to start coming out to the races again :)
Congrats Greg! Maybe the coffee helped? :D
Are you still thinking of running in Morden or wherever the hell it is this July? Glen misses you... ;)
Since I have recently found out about a family reunion in SK on August long weekend, it is unlikely that I'll be able to make it to MB in July... but maybe... I duno. :-(
Well done G.... you're on fire!
Nice work Greg!
I heard that run was about 120m short, but good job running on your own which isn't easy.
Good luck in the 1/2 coming up
