Beer Mile Results
Despite cold temps, there was a decent turnout to the beer mile on Saturday. Thanks to everyone who was there, it was a lot of fun. Here are the results:Kevin - 8:32

Farewell everyone... see you in 6 months. I'll keep as many Aussie updates here as I find time. Be sure that every day that it hits -30 in Canada I will post a pic of me on the beach somewhere. :-)

My first beer mile was tons of fun, even though I got my ass totally kicked...oh, except by Heather who DNF'ed, tsk tsk :) Next time I WILL beat Tutu girl! Thanks for organizing and for the pizza party after, rematch in April when you return! Hope you guys have a safe flight and have fun in Australia! Jen

I knew Frank had had the mile of his life when he took me out last year. I knew it.
I got beat by a guy who had the race of his life, I'm OK with that.

Race of my life??? I think I did too many beer intervals and donut repeats too close to the race this year. I know I can recover. I say we have another race in November after everyone is done racing.
