Ok, I've been meaning to write up a race report from Sunday... but I've been way too busy. We had to pack up and leave Canberra. Heather and I are now in Sydney til tomorrow, when our vehicle will be ready to drive to Adelaide.Some people have been texting me. Well... I found out the sim card in my computer broadband card can accept text messages.. probably a better way to text me, as sometimes Heather has the phone and not me. They pop up the next time I log onto my computer.. which is pretty much every day.... and all day.. so I'll usually get them pretty quick.

Ok... the race. HOT, WINDY and TOUGH. I melted... big time. I toughed it out for an 8 hour finish.. which I was ok with. More report later...

Supposed to be -29c here this weekend. Calgary sucks.
Sher and I got a treadmill because we have no use for running in that shit. Thank god we head to Las Vegas and Palm Springs for most of December, might just save my sanity.
Your not missing much back in cowtown. Same old except there are now 1 million cars at any one time all trying to get to the same place on our streets. I wonder when the gridlock will get so bad that cars just stop moving and have no room to move?
I rode my bike today on trainer, first time in months. Hoping it might inspire me to do more.
You must miss strong coffee though eh, I hear the java is not too good down there, I'll do my best to drink lots for you here.
Have fun and don't cry too much for us freezing our asses off here.
