Dreading the snow....

Travelled to Calgary this past weekend... picked up a few more pieces of my life out of storage. Not that material possessions are really "life", but having my kitchen stuff will be nice. :-)

While I was in town, I hooked up with two buddies to race the Confederation Park relay. Fun times. We didn't take it too seriously, as the night before, we were all out watching our friends cousin, who is a top rate DJ (Skratch Bastid from Halifax).



Two weeks to Banff Winterstart, my final race of the season. An 8km night run from Banff, up tunnel mountain and back. Followed by many drinks with friends as we rehash stories from another great season of training and racing.

I've hired a coach to get my training back on track for next season. My self-coaching has been lacking for the past two years, and I need something to take me to the next level. I have a feeling it's going to be my best ever.

If my work contract remains stable.... watch me for on a brand new Felt B2 Pro next year as well. New bike! WOO!
