My typical week....

Time sure flies by... when you don't have enough of it!

A typical weekday goes something like:
5:45am - alarm goes off. grab quick food and drink. make sure bag packed for day's workouts.
6:10am - leave for Kinsmen Centre
6:45am -start workout
8:15am - finish workout
8:40am - arrive at work, eat breakfast, COFFEE
9:15am - start work
11:50-12:20 - lunch
5:45pm - finish work, drive to Kinsmen
6:15 - start workout
7:30 - finish workout
8:10 - arrive home
8:30 - eat supper
10:00 - bed (if I'm lucky and don't have too many other tasks)

Thankfully, my weekend workouts don't take up all of Saturday and Sunday.. or I'd never get anything done... like shopping and laundry!

So, forgive me if I don't blog as much anymore!

Looking forward to the trip to Regina at the end of the week.... I'm going to sleep late every day! :-)
