The big announcement
Naomi and I have decided to get married August 20 in Penticton. We'll both be competing at Kelowna Apple, then heading down to Penticton for Ironman Canada (which only I am racing). You can read Naomi's post on it here. We're going a bit non-traditional... so no big party, just a simple ceremony. We haven't thought about any more details than that.. so if you ask.. I have no answers!:-)

Dude, you can't hype up your run performance like that and then not write a post on it. I don't see your name on the results... who did you run as?

Dude.... I sent a 'congrats' email to Mark and everything ?!?! I was super impressed. That's funny.
I knew he was getting ready for BC Bike Race and was totally impressed with how he must be progressing....funny funny.

Congrats to you and Naomi !!!
Wish I had chance to catch up with you guys on Sunday at the race.
With 2 hrs of sleep both Sher and I needed to go have a nap and the Grace-munster was missing her lunch nap as well. Little "Lola" who was only 10 days old was doing the best of the 4 of us.
You had a great race (Mr. Kaltenbach), and I'm sure more great results to come with Mark B's guidance and direction.
I'm glad to see you found someone who is your soulmate and worthy of tying the knot with finally.
