2006 Canadian LC champs announced
Just read on the Tri Canada website that next years Long Course champs will be held in Victoria.. the New Balance Half being the championship race. I think I might change my schedule to be there!

Lyndsey and I decided to split up yesterday. Ok, did I just shock half the people reading this?
It was amicable, and we're still friends, and still living at the same address... but will go separate ways soon enough. I figure most people that know me probably read my blog, so a public announcement was easiest.
